Sant Gil d’Albió is a family business devoted to the production of craft-made cheese.
We started more than 25 years ago, as a complement to the agriculture. Currently, we produce about 70000 kg of cheese a year.
Without forgetting our roots, we are a dynamic company in continuous expansion, extending the range of products and modernizing the equipment. We have always worked by hand in order to obtain a high quality product.
We’re selling our cheese inside and outside our country. Currently, we export the 40% of our production, especially in the United States and in several European countries.
Over the last years we have received many acknowledgments of our products quality, becoming a leader company in the manufacture of artisan cheese in Catalonia, excelling in Garrotxa cheese.
