Cheese made from pasteurized goat’s milk in a lactic coagulation. Very creamy, acid and mild flavor, we offer two varieties: garlic or oregano and parsley. It is available as little balls of 9g in sunflower oil, in order to preserve its qualities. It is especially suitable for salads or as a snack.

Sant Gil en oli

Goat cheese with more than 6 months maturation and stored in olive oil. With consistent texture and intense flavor, it takes up the scents of oregano and laurel. With long storage, it is ideal for snacks.

Cream made from dried and crumbled Sant Gil, in which we add oil and spirit to introduce a second fermentation. With a very strong flavor and a little spicy, it is ideal to enjoy with toasts. It is only suitable for fans of strong cheese.

Elaborated with pasteurized goat’s milk, it has lactic coagulation. Four weeks maturation with charcoal, produces a mold cheese in the crust, very creamy texture and with an acid and intense flavor. Suitable to eat in salads or with red berries jam.

D’atura

Cheese made from pasteurized milk, with enzymatic coagulation and pressed paste. With a long maturation, we produce two varieties: goat and cow. Its form is due to the recuperation of an old Catalan ceramic mold. Compactly textured, it has depth and consistency, without losing softness. It is ideal for cheese platters.

Suau de la Segarra

Cheese elaborated with pasteurized cow milk, with enzymatic coagulation and pressed paste, in a four weeks maturation. With a mild taste and a creamy texture, it is perfect to melt and enjoy warm.
